A tank facility is subject to this program if:

Total: 1,000 + 500 = 1,500 gallons of petroleum. Facility is subject to the APST Program.

Facility contains (6) 275-gallon tanks of new motor oil.
Facility contains (6) 275-gallon tanks of new motor oil.
Total: 6 x 275 = 1,650 gallons of petroleum. Facility is subject to the APST Program.

Facility contains (1) 2,500 gallon tank of E85 fuel (85% ethanol/ 15% gasoline blend).
